Upon receiving the deposit, we will offer the following technical services:
- Design for your production line flow and equipment layout, free of charge;
- Provide foundation drawings of customer-ordered grinding mills and drawings of related parts, etc;
- Technical parameters of peripheral equipment will be supplied;
- During equipment operation, adjustments to the layout or usage can be made, and technical support will be provided as needed
- For voluntary upgrades requested by the user due to technological advancements or major improvements, we will only charge the cost of the upgrade
Quality Assurance
- Strictly conforming to ISO9001-2000 quality management system;
- Strict control from purchasing inspection, process inspection to final proofing;
- Established several QC departments to execute quality control regulations;
- Detailed quality control examples:
(1) Complete files for quality control and quality feedback;
(2) Strict inspection for the components of our grinding mills, to assure products free of damage and avoid rust-eaten and paint peeling off later on.
(3) Only qualified components will be assembled and total equipment must be inspected completely before sale.
After Sale Service
- During the installation and commissioning of the powder processing equipment, we will send experienced service personnel to assist and guide the process on-site once notified by the client
- We offer on-site training to ensure that your team is fully equipped to operate and maintain the powder processing machinery
- Travel and accommodation expenses for our technicians, along with a service fee of USD 50 per person per day, will be covered by the client
- A one-year warranty is provided, starting from the date the powder processing equipment passes commissioning
- If any issues arise due to client-related factors, we will handle repairs with reasonable charges
- We offer lifetime support for spare parts at discounted rates. After the warranty period, any repairs or technical services needed will only incur costs for parts and labor
